"Looks fine, but setup took more effort than it should have"
Once the cabinet was finally put together, it looked decent enough. The setup was just more frustrating than I expected. A few of the holes didn’t line up as well as they should have, and I was expecting the instructions to be clearer. There were a couple spots where I had to stop and figure things out on my own, which made the whole thing take way longer than planned. It’s doable, but definitely more annoying than it needs to be

"Warranty help was surprisingly easy"
I was expecting the warranty process to be ridiculous, but it was actually super easy. The replacement part showed up fast, support didn’t give me a hard time, and my cabinet is working great again. Really appreciated it.

"I’ve had this Arcade1Up cabinet for a few..."
I’ve had this Arcade1Up cabinet for a few months now, it’s still working great. It’s been used a bunch, especially by the kids, and nothing has really gone wrong with it. The buttons still feel firm, the screen looks fine, and it powers on like it’s supposed to every time. I’m not gonna get all technical about it, but basically it takes a decent amount of use and doesn’t feel like it’s falling apart. Happy with it so far

"I wanted to love this because..."
I wanted to love this because the cabinet does look awesome from across the room — like, if you walk in and just glance at it, it has that fun arcade vibe. But then once I started actually using it, the cheaper feel got hard to ignore. The panels feel thin, the buttons loosened up sooner than I expected, and there’s this wobble that makes it feel less solid than it should. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price, I really thought it would feel sturdier. Fun idea, just not built as well as I hoped.

"Fun arcade vibe, even when I’m short on time"
I’ve been having a good time with this so far. The gameplay is fun, the controls feel responsive, and the games load without any issues. The screen looks nice too. I did have to get used to the size a bit, especially since I was kind of rushing to set it up and jump in, but overall I’m really happy with it.

I’ve been having fun with the cabinet, but I’m kind of mentally drained after spending this much and still feeling like some of the parts could’ve been better. It’s enjoyable overall, just a little disappointing for the price.

"Controls feel right for casual arcade play"
I set up my arcade1up last week, and so far the controls have been solid. The joystick responds the way I’d expect, and the buttons register quickly even when I’m getting a little carried away and mashing during faster rounds.
For what I’m using it for, mostly casual play and a bit of nostalgia, it feels close enough to the old arcade cabinets I remember. I’m not sure how a super competitive player would feel, but for me it’s been fun and I really don’t have any complaints.

"Support was slow"
The arcade cabinet itself is fine, I guess, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole thing was a disaster. But the support side was frustrating. I had a question about a missing part and every reply took days, which felt way too long. They did get back to me eventually, so maybe it was just busy or something, but I still felt like I had to keep reminding them. If the cabinet works, that should mean the company is decent, but the slow replies made the whole experience feel worse than it probably needed to.

"I had a good feeling about this one..."
I had a good feeling about this one when I picked it up, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. The screen is bright and sharp, and the sound gets plenty loud without any buzzing. The kids and I have been playing it all weekend, no complaints so far.

"A little frustrating, but it worked out"
My arcade1up order did arrive safely in the end, so I’m happy about that. But the shipping was kind of annoying. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely changed for a few days, which had me a little stressed. Then the box showed up with some dents, so I was immediately worried again. Luckily, once I opened it up, the cabinet itself was fine, and that was a huge relief

I’m really happy with the cabinet design, honestly. The side art is bright, clean, and just looks way better in person than I was expecting.
It has that old-school arcade vibe, but, you know, it doesn’t take up a ton of space. Friends notice it pretty much right away when they come over, and it’s just a fun-looking machine to have around.
